Farm-to-Table
The Farmhouse provides a unique, interactive dining experience featuring a local, organic and bountiful menu with foods from the region. The mountains of Pennsylvania and New York State feature local farms ripe with fresh produce, grass fed beef, chicken and locally caught freshwater fish. Served on environmentally, friendly, compostable, plant-based tableware, Farm to Camp will be a beautiful and delicious event that will surely please every palate.
Events under the stars
Our evening kicks off with lakeside cocktail parties by followed by farm-to-table style dinners, evening barbeques, outdoor dance parties, and late night campfires. We celebrate every opportunity to be under the stars at Camp Starlight.”
